I brought a pair of boots I've had for over 11 years which I have always had resoled and heeled in This shop, But usually I spoke to a different staff member who no longer works there. I asked to have them resoled and heeled, and asked if they could glue or restitch the side of the shoe as they were coming apart at the seams. I was offered a full reconditioning of the shoe including redying the leather polishing and also painting certain parts that had been badly scuffed. To say I am happy with the result is an understatement.  You can really feel the passion and love Ed has for good quality leather shoes and I will be going back to him with my shoes for the foreseeable future. Service is beyond excellent, friendly knowledgeable staff and genuine love for what they do.
